The welcoming crew was not very nice. When I called to make a reservation I could immediately notice the person helping me wasn't very willing or happy to do it at all. I belive the same person was there to welcome me and had a very rude tone when talking to me, no eye contact, no cusfomer service skills, etc. On the other hand, the girl who did my waxing was really nice and made me feel comfortable. We had a nice conversation during the session, but the service was very painful. She did her best, but definetely not the same as other places I've been where the waxing was prerty much painless. Maybe jusf need more experience. I didn't feel like coming back for my two other Groupon sessions. Instead, I talked to Groupon and requested a refund.
