    Made an appointment. Came in. Waited 45 minutes. They asked me to reschedule. First and last experience with H&R Block. Get it together.

    Tax preparer was making visible mistakes and typed extremely slow. Then his coworker had to come in and correct all of his mistakes.

    I don't know who they are hiring these days to do taxes, but this location tried to not only give me poor service, but charge me $381 for a bang up job on a joint return.
