Broken Tub Faucet
It was a huge relief to me to find Rashid. I am a new (52 yr old female) apartment building owner and had problem with a broken tub faucet. The tenant told me it would sometimes not turn off and I was afraid of a flood. I had called a few plumbers but Rashid was recommended by a friend. I felt so lucky when he showed up. He is a genuine, professional, decent guy. He hunted down the right parts (- it is an old fixture), installed the new faucet (and shower head because the one that was there was partly blocked), in a timely and extremely proficient manner. He also gave me a detailed account of what to expect in best and worse case scenarios and educated me about the plumbing inside the wall.
I hope Rashid will be available for all the plumbing that needs to be done in my new building. If he's available I will not be using any one else. I forgot to mention that his pricing was very fair and reasonable for the work he did.
