I have used PSPrint a few times and am normally pleased with their work. I am not however, pleased with their scamming format of pricing. Why not just have - no haggling, easy to comprehend pricing rather than following an outdated "dynamic pricing" marketing plan. Yesterday, I prepared to purchase 1,000 brochures and 1,000 business cards. The total price was about $248 this included a 50% discount on the brochures and a 60% discount on the cards. Today as I attempted to follow through on the the purchase I was pleased to see that the brochures and cards were both now 60%! But... when I put it all in my cart eh price was about $40 more than yesterday. How is that when the percentage off is higher? Well, that means that you guys must have raised the price before applying the discount- No thanks. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Paid extra for expedited, but it turns out shipping to residential addresses takes longer - something not listed anywhere on the website. Ended up speaking to a very unhelpful representative about my order as well.

Bought 100 custom tickets, delivery was late, trimming was crooked, and to make matters worse, they provided unwanted, incomplete duplicates mixed with the actual order. All tickets including the duplicates were bundled together at random, making it a Pain in the butt to sort out. Horrendous quality control. Unresponsive to email. Never ordering there again.
