I came to Push It Motivation because I tried many different methods of working out. From circuit training to endurance workouts and even some classic As Seen On TV programs. The goals I wanted to accomplish didn't really fit into just one type of program. When I first met with Aaron, we discussed my goals with high importance. I really enjoyed his enthusiasm, knowledge and effort he put forth into creating a program for me. He is able to adapt workouts to my crazy schedule. The motivation I get from him when my spirits are down are quite inspirational. I've had great results because of Push It Motivation and would recommend Aaron as an awesome coach, trainer and motivator.
