While I've never personally used the services here, I've been around for enough band rehearsals to know that the rates for rooms and equipment rentals are very reasonable, the staff is super friendly, the space is pretty well-maintained, they are open late, and there is enough variation from room to room so that you will likely find exactly what you need.

It's no giant complex like OMC, so space is a little limited, but that also means you have a more personal relationship with he folks who work there. It's also not a cutting-edge, state-of-the-art recording studio, but that just means you don't have to live in your car to afford to rent space there.

Just be aware that it is a bit isolated, so you might want to bring your own food, drinks, etc, if you require more than the few snacks they offer at the front desk.
