I feel like every Wing Stop I’ve ever been to has had awful service but I keep coming back for the food.

This location never meets the pick up time. I always end up waiting 20+ minutes after I get there, even if I’m already way late from the pick up time. I don’t think they start your order until you get there, which is so stupid because then what’s the point of ordering ahead? Wing Stop needs to update their app to just make you pay online to ensure they get paid for the order even if you don’t show up, duh.

They also don’t tell you they’re out of something until you’ve already paid and have been waiting for 15 minutes. Last night, I got there 10 minutes after my pickup time and the order of course was not ready. I paid and waiting another 5-10 minutes before the cashier told me they’re out of cheese sauce. She asks if I’d like another ranch instead, and I said no I already ordered 2 cups of ranch. She then asks if I’d like a refund and I agree. I wait another 10 minutes or so for her to start processing the refund, and the cook hands me my order and says ‘I just gave you large fry instead of a small fry’.

Don’t offer a refund if you were never going to give one anyway, if I wanted to order a large fry or another cup of ranch I would have.
